Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Ethereum 2.0 and blockchain development and its crypto application to join our team remotely on a contract basis. You will play a key role in the final stages of launching rezCoin, our fully developed cryptocurrency, ensuring its seamless integration and performance within the Ethereum 2.0 ecosystem. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, integration, and testing of rezCoin on Ethereum 2.0.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Work with blockchain architecture to ensure high-performance transaction processing and scalable systems.
  • Optimize Ethereum 2.0 features, such as staking, validator nodes, and sharding, to improve network efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve blockchain-related issues.
  • Implement security protocols and best practices to ensure a secure, tamper-proof environment.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Ethereum and blockchain technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new features.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Ethereum 2.0: Deep understanding of Ethereum 2.0 architecture, including
    Proof of Stake (PoS)    , validator setup, staking protocols, and smart contracts.
  • Blockchain Development Experience: Proven experience building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on Ethereum or similar platforms.
  • Smart Contract Development: Advanced proficiency in Solidity, Vyper, or other Ethereum-related programming languages.
  • Full-Stack Development: Proficient in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python) and frontend frameworks for dApp interfaces.
  • Security Focus: Strong knowledge of blockchain security principles, including key management, encryption, and vulnerability mitigation.
  • Experience with Ethereum Development Tools: Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, Remix IDE, and other Ethereum development frameworks.
  • Experience in Tokenomics: Knowledge of the development, issuance, and management of cryptocurrency tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git and GitHub, managing codebases in a collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to think critically and solve complex issues in the blockchain space.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum, zkRollups).
  • Knowledge of other blockchain platforms like Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or Solana.
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and smart contract security audits.
  • Previous experience launching a cryptocurrency or working on major blockchain projects.
